Hidden Chamber

My soul is searching

Yearning thirsting I

Close my eyes and look inward

Voices stilled almost eerie

I walk and stumble

On hidden vaults

Chambers full of piles

Empty slates scattered around

Scanning my sorroundings I am

Weighed down

curiosity mounts

Overwhelmed I choose retreat

Retracing my steps backward

My hand still outstretched

Reaching out for the piles

Thereto shall I return

For as I awake

A pencil in my hand

Is poised to write

I am out here back

where the noise reigns

And I must act

Visit again and again I must

There the mystery

And mastery

Lie concealed

My mystery retreat sanctuary
